SEMPER has free delivery in the whole EU*! Orders ordered on working days (ma-fri) before 17.30 PM are being sent the same day. In NL and BE we strive for a 1 day delivery (if ordered before 17.30 pm). In case of delay we expect a maximum delivery time of 3 days.

Arrival in other countries, varies per country, but we strive to deliver within 7 days. We will keep you posted during the process of delivery.

Orders from the Benelux to a designated address or a parcel pick-up point will be sent with PostNL.

For other European countries we work closely with large parcel service providers as DHL, UPS and DPD. Package will be delivered on your designated address.

Tracking process

After your order, we will send you an order confirmation with all important order details. Thereafter:

  1. Your package will leave our warehouse and will be delivered at the parcel service provider of your choosing.
  2. You will receive an email with your personal tracking information. Normally this tracking code will work within 12-24 hours.
  3. After your tracking code is activated by the parcel service provider, you can keep track of you parcel at their website.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

For orders in the Benelux it can take up to 1-3 days to be delivered (we strive for a 1 day delivery).

International orders can take up to 7 days.

You can check the process of delivery via the tracking link we provide. However if the parcel takes longer then expected then you can contact us, and we will try to help you.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

If your a customer from a country inside the European Union, then there will be no import duties or other charges.

For international orders, outside the EU: All goods are shipped from the Netherlands, and any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your customs for more information.
