Are there any return costs?

My order is incorrect, what to do?

We do our best to make sure every order is perfect. But unfortunately, mistakes can happen. When something went wrong, please contact us and we will do our best to fix and correct any issues as quickly as possible.

When will my money be returned?

We strive to return your money within 7 working days. However with some payment methods it will take a bit longer, but no longer then 14 working days.

SHIPPING

What is the expected delivery time?

For orders in the Benelux it can take up to 1-3 working days to be delivered (we strive for a 1 day delivery).

International orders can take up to 7 days.

If you are interested in an international express sending* (International Next Day Delivery), please contact us, and we’ll try to come up with a solution.

*Additional charges apply for an express sending.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

For orders in the Benelux it can take up to 1-3 days to be delivered (we strive for a 1 day delivery).

International orders can take up to 7 days.

You can check the process of delivery via the tracking link we provide. However if the parcel takes longer then expected then you can contact us, and we will try to help you.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

If your a customer from a country inside the European Union, then there will be no import duties or other charges.

For international orders, outside the EU: All goods are shipped from the Netherlands, and any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your customs for more information.

PAYMENT

Which payment providers do you accept?

At SEMPER you can pay with the following methods: Ideal, PayPal, Creditcard (VISA & MASTERCARD), SOFORT, Klarna (pay later), Bancontact and Belfius.
It is also possible to do a manual bank transfer after the checkout. You can select this option at the checkout whereafter you will receive an email with further instructions.

We will start packing your order once the payment has been completed.

We don’t charge you any extra costs for the use of a specific payment method.

Can I pay after I receive my sneakers?

Yes! We work with Klarna which provides their ‘Pay Later’ service. During checkout you can select ‘Klarna Pay Later’. We will start processing your order directly after a successful checkout. Once your order is send you have 14 days to pay your sneakers – or not if you sneakers are send back within these 14 days.

*  Klarna carries out a credit check. We are only able to send you your sneakers in case of a positive credit assessment.

What is nubuck leather?

Nubuck is a leather in which the top has been sanded of. This gives a unique velvet and soft effect.

Because Nubuck leather is sanded from the outer side of the hide, the leather is still very durable and strong. Better than, for example, suede (which is the inner “flesh side” part of a hide).

Nubuck leather can be made from (almost) every animals hide.
